Our nursing department strives to provide the best quality care to our seniors. Professionally staffed around the clock, we give your loved one comfort and specialized care.

Rehabilitation

Our experienced rehabilitation team is committed to providing outstanding results and excellent quality of care. We specialize in post-hospital orthopedic/joint replacement care, neuro/stroke recovery, and amputation rehabilitation. Our physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy are offered 5 days a week.

Memory Care

Highland Park specializes in memory care for people living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss. We provide a safe and secure environment where staff can closely monitor the health of the residents. Programs, activities, and events are designed to help memory care residents work on their cognitive skills, while also getting to enjoy socialization, interests, and hobbies with other residents.

Activity Program

We understand how important it is to provide a positive and uplifting atmosphere for our residents every day. Not only does this bring smiles to the faces of those we serve, but it also brings them physical, social, and spiritual peace and can aid in the process of healing. It is our pleasure to provide daily activities to our residents based on resident interest and we encourage participation by family and friends whenever possible.

Social Services

Our social service team assists both residents and their loved ones during transitional periods to aid with communication and understanding. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, and assist in the care planning and discharge planning for each resident we serve.
